As avid followers of fashion all of us at Arrowsmith Shoes are constantly looking for the best styles that will compliment your look no matter what the occasion or season. I personally love summer and fall fashions so my wardrobe will reflect those styles and looks.

GQ Magazine recently listed some of the ten fashion items you need to get this summer and of the ten they listed I had six items.

GQ suggested a nice brown casual and comfortable “weekend shoe” and I have to say in all honesty, I have several pairs of weekend shoes and I wear them all week long too! With my job I have the luxury of wearing casual looks most of time unless meeting with clients. The Nunn Busch “Brown Leather” Lace Up is one of those shoes that you can easily wear all day and night and they look fantastic. The color is rich which gives you a great look with light and dark colored khaki’s or jeans.

I have plenty of jeans and casual tops and pull overs as well as casual jackets that will work great with this shoe too. GQ listed suspenders but I’m not a fan of suspenders anymore and it’s only because I like the belt look better. Suspenders are a nice trend but not for me anymore.

GQ also suggested that men wear more jewelry. Sorry friends! The fine line between jewelry and too much jewelry is difficult to walk so I will rock a nice watch and a wedding ring. That’s it for me. I have a nice watch collection and my recent purchase of the Iron Man Sport watch looked great at a recent sporting event I went to. I love casual, dressy, and sport watches.
